Secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) is one of the most common adult congenital heart diseases. Secundum ASD can be closed percutaneously or surgically, but clinical outcomes might differ between the 2 modalities. We aimed to evaluate the clinical and procedural outcomes between percutaneous closure of secundum ASD and surgical repair.
